| The
company Bohemian Consulting Ltd. (BC)
is the Czech private consulting and business company, established in Nov.
2004 in Prague, Czech Republic. BC was
established in order to provide in Tehran the reliable ground of services
and business support for the small or middle size companies, working (or
intending to work) in Iran. BC provides
for its Clients professional consultancies and services needed for a smooth
run of their business cases in Iran. Co-operation with Clients is based
on the powers and tasks delegated to BC,
what in other case had to be performed by the Client’s own personnel.
By this
there are significant over head costs reductions. These are those tasks,
what in other case would have to bee performed by the business manager
traveling to Iran, or by the arranging of the local branch office. By
delegating the powers to BC, the Client
avoids the expenditure of the supervision costs: travel costs (air tickets,
hotels, travel allowances,...), visa procedure, work and residence permits
administration, taxation of foreign personnel, social security and insurance
payments in Iran, travel costs of it’s managers, and also saves a lot
of it’s own managerial team capacities for other purposes.
The BC
contributes to the smooth run of the business in the framework of the
Iranian law by maintaining the permanent supervision of the business,
avoiding common misunderstandings by interpreting the different business
cultures and assisting in local administration. This all is based on the
deep knowledge of the Iranian business environment.
The possibility
of translations on spot which enables the correspondence with the end-user
in local Farsi language would cut the time needed for the administration
of the Project very significantly. The permanent personal contact with
the Client as well as the permanent presence of BC
in Tehran has (from the point of local business habits) far higher importance
than the exchange of the information by fax, email or a telephone, that
are considered to be too impersonal.
BC
does not intend to perform the marketing studies, to search for new customers
for the clients, nor to get involved in direct business activities as
the agent. This is in order to avoid the conflict of interests or a possibility
of misuse of the internal information. BC
concentrates all efforts on fulfillment of the delegated tasks for the
client and all employees are committed to silence.
